Below are the terms and conditions for the provision of the services by Earthsoulsky and the use of this website by you ("the client" or "you"). 

It is Earthsoulsky's utmost passion to assist others on their journey. 

All information provided on this website, during communications with Earthsoulsky whether by telephone, sms, email or otherwise or during a Session (defined below) (each or collectively "Information") is for general or  holistic guidance and entertainment purposes only. 

You acknowledge and agree that:

• any action taken by you as a result of the Information shared by Earthsoulsky is your sole responsibility and your choice; 

• Earthsoulsky is not be liable for any loss (whether direct or indirect), damages or injuries incurred by a person in reliance on the Information; 

• at no time should the Information be a replacement for legal, medical, financial, emotional, psychological or other professional assistance; and 

  nothing on this website or during a Session is a recommendation as to how to treat any particular disease or health-related condition.
  
  Privacy policy

  Earthsoulsky collects information directly from you. This includes when you make an online purchase, book a Session sign up for our newsletter (if any) or the confidential information provided and collected during a Session. Earthsoulsky uses your information to provide you with its products and services. It also includes sending you newsletters you signed up to receive (if any). 

  Earthsoulsky does not share your information with third parties. Earthsoulsky will only share your information where you have consented; it is required or authorised by law; or is necessary for law enforcement or protection from imminent harm. 

  This website is powered by Squarespace and booking application systems. Please refer to Squarespace's privacy policy for more information about the customer information it may collect and store.

outside of sessions

Important: Advice Outside of Sessions

Please understand Earthsoulsky cannot provide guidance or be relied upon for casual communication or support outside of booked Sessions. Earthsoulsky has Between Session Support appointments available via the booking system for clients who wish to share or discuss aspects of their healing journey if they require til their next session. This may be booked at any time by existing clients at Earthsoulsky to provide nurturing and support if needed.

In order to maintain a level of professionalism, please do not text unless it is to rebook or reschedule a Session. 

All client communication must be via email on fiona@earthsoulsky.com and Earthsoulsky will respond during its notified business hours.

If you need immediate medical attention please contact '000' or your general practitioner.

Cancellation Policy
Earthsoulsky makes the Remedies (defined below) 24 hours before a Session and prepares each Session uniquely for each client's needs. Due to the nature of the Sessions, a minimum of 24 hour’s notice is required. "No Show" clients will be immediately charged 50% of the Session fee, which will not be refunded. Any rescheduling may incur further cost. 

Earthsoulsky reserves its right to cancel any Session or product purchase without reason in its sole discretion. Where Earthsoulsky cancels a Session, you may be refunded your full Session fee or be rescheduled into the next available Session. 

Sessions
All sessions with Earthsoulsky, whether conducted in person at the premises of Earthsoulsky ("Healing Space") or online (each, a "Session") must be paid in full prior to your Session commencing unless otherwise agreed in writing with Earthsoulsky.

Online Sessions are conducted via Zoom and Earthsoulsky takes no responsibility, and is not liable, for a client's internet connection or quality. The client acknowledges and agrees to have a stable internet connection and to be on time for the online Session. 

All Sessions will end at the end of the allocated time in accordance with the booking, unless otherwise agreed by Earthsoulsky in its sole discretion. The client acknowledges and agrees that where she or he is late to a Session, the session will not run overtime and that the total session time will be reduced by the amount of time it has taken the client to attend the Session.  

Accordingly, Earthsoulsky asks that you arrive to the Healing Space or join online 5 minutes prior to your Session to maximise your healing time. 

Earthsoulsky is not liable for any injury or loss, whether direct or indirect, incurred by a client as a result of:

• getting to or from the Healing Space;

• attending or during a Session;  

• any reaction or sensation felt after a Session; or 

• a result of using the Remedies (defined below).
